Next Shift Canada’s mission is to remove barriers to sport by providing quality equipment and resources to youth who need it most. We believe every athlete deserves the chance to play, grow, and belong, regardless of financial circumstances. Through donations, partnerships, and community engagement, we help create pathways for participation, confidence, and long-term development.

Next Shift Canada was founded in 2021 as a not-for-profit organization dedicated to removing barriers to participation in hockey by providing equipment, financial assistance, and coaching to those who need it

The Next Shift Canada team is a dedicated group of leaders and volunteers united by a passion for hockey and a commitment to removing financial and social barriers so that everyone who wants to play can have the opportunity.
